Transactional booking email is included, along with a monthly WhatsApp allowance and SMS fallback. Pay yearly for the best price, or choose monthly billing for £2 more per month.
No marketplace commission and no automatic messaging overage charges. Non-bookable admin and reception users do not count towards your tier. Card payment processing fees remain separate where you choose to take payments through Stripe.

Message top-ups
There are no automatic messaging overage charges. Included message allowances reset each month, including on annual plans. Any message top-ups you buy roll over until they are used.
WhatsApp messages
Used first for appointment reminders and important booking updates.
SMS fallback messages
Backup delivery when WhatsApp genuinely cannot deliver, not an automatic overage.
If your WhatsApp allowance and purchased balance reach zero, OrdoBook keeps transactional email notifications running rather than charging you automatically or consuming SMS as an overage channel.
Included on every plan
Only bookable team members count towards your plan. Reception, admin and other non-bookable logins do not move you into a higher tier, and retention or checkout features are not held back for a premium plan.
